Mantis, a leading supplier of extended Supply Chain Execution (SCE) software and solutions in Central Eastern Europe and its partner ANT Technologies, the leading supplier of logistics and auto-id solutions in Russia/CIS, announced today that Euclid, a major distributor of computer equipment in Russia, selected Mantis’ Warehouse Vision to automate its warehousing operations.
Euclid distributes all popular types of computer and digital devices: computer equipment, components, peripherals, mobile and digital devices, networking hardware and office. Euclid is considered as a major Russian company in the specific market sector.
Warehouse Vision, a member of Mantis’ state-of-the-art Logistic Vision Suite, was selected as the platform for the WMS information solution. When selecting the system, Euclid took into account key advantages such as broad functional capabilities meeting the most up-to-date requirements of its warehousing and distribution network, flexibility of the system allowing quick adaptation to its requirements, possibility of extending system’s functionality through subsequent introduction of additional modules of the Logistic Vision Suite and short implementation period. The selection of ANT Technologies was due its long experience in implementing logistics information systems as well as its ability to provide Euclid with high quality local support. At the first stage of this project, ANT Technologies will implement Warehouse Vision at the central distribution center of Euclid.
