The 5th Edition of Eurologistics’ conference “Innovation in Logistics 2009” was held on the 29th of September in Warsaw.
The leading theme of this year's event “The supply chain ‘webification’ as an important aspect of connection between organizations" was very interesting although a bit intriguing. Among the highlights of the event were the ecological approach to supply chain, out-sourcing and crowd-sourcing in logistics and the necessity for better cooperation between competitors.
A record high number of participants had proven the importance of nowadays needs for innovation in the logistics sector. More than 300 visitors had an opportunity to attend various speeches and presentations as well as visit exhibition stands to share their views with experts.
Mantis Polska together with its business partner LogTec, had actively participated in the conference.
Companies’ representatives Monika Zadęcka (Mantis) and Janusz Muzyczyszyn (LogTec) delivered a lecture about the importance of the supply chain integration in the age of globalization. They also presented the entire range of companies’ solutions and products along with its new offerings.
